Since 1974, John has founded six companies and served as a Vice President of a Fortune 500 company. His performance results demonstrate a clear understanding of how to build successful businesses. He is a 2005 graduate of Leadership Birmingham and was a 2007 finalist for Birmingham's Small Business Person of the Year Award. Graduated from High Point University, John is a native North Carolinian.
He is a frequent guest speaker for Associations, Study Clubs and Product providers, and is published in leading industry publications. He is author of How to Grow Your Dental Practice in the New Economy.

Lisa's 27+ years of experience include five years on the faculty of an Alabama college and twenty years with a Fortune 500 company before joining BestBIZ. Lisa was instrumental in forming Dental Team Performance. Her experience in operational efficiencies, Human Resource management, technical aptitude and employee performance provide a high level of consulting expertise and results for our clients.
Lisa is an alumnus of the University of Montevallo. She is an active member of the Association for Talent Development (formerly, ASTD, American Society of Training and Development) and 2013 President for the Greater Birmingham Chapter. She enjoys on-camera and voice-over work for videos and commercials. In their spare time, Lisa and Jason can be found fishing, kayaking or hanging out with their menagerie of pets in Birmingham.

Dental Practices are about the people…the patients, team members and the doctor. Jennifer’s 17 years of business experience and her formal education positioned her to serve dental practices strategic needs through the mission of Dental Team Performance.
Her career includes serving hundreds of dental practices in the Southeast with lab products and services as the national sales manager for a prominent firm. Having owned her own business for nearly half of her career, she has experienced many of the same core responsibilities of dentists/owners, including marketing, budgeting, filling her schedule and creating the highest level of the customer experience.
Jennifer’s formal education includes a Marketing degree from Samford University and a Masters degree in Psychology from The University of Alabama.
Married to Keith Page, they have three boys and live in Homewood, Alabama.
